10T Low Headroom Single Girder Gantry Crane Successfully Shipped to Indonesian Steel Coil Factory

Thanks to our friends from around the world, we successfully delivered six customized 10-ton low-headroom single-girder gantry cranes to a leading steel coil mill in Indonesia. Due to limited overhead space in the customer's facility, the use of traditional gantry cranes was restricted, posing a significant challenge. Our engineering team designed a specialized low-headroom gantry crane. Under the same factory conditions (a 200mm clearance from the top of the main girder to the ceiling), the low-headroom single-girder gantry crane increases the effective lifting height by 530mm (0.53 meters) compared to a conventional gantry crane, from 4320mm to 4850mm. Designed specifically for spaces with limited headroom, its low-headroom design places the hoist mechanism above the main girder, maximizing lifting height. This makes the low-headroom single-girder gantry crane an ideal choice for restricted workshops, technical renovations, or upgrades to older plants, where headroom is a concern.

The customer expressed great satisfaction with this solution, which perfectly addresses the effective lifting height issue within the severely restricted factory floor, thereby improving the operation of the steel coil warehouse.
