Honda of Japan Visits Henan Hengkun Crane Co., Ltd. for Inspection of 20T Mobile Boat Hoist, Receives Positive Feedback from Customers

On August 29, a delegation from Honda Japan visited Henan Hengkun Crane Co., Ltd. to inspect the performance and quality of the newly developed 20-ton Mobile Boat Hoist. This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing collaboration with global customers to provide top-tier lifting equipment.

During the visit, the Honda team closely observed the testing procedures of the 20T mobile boat hoist, which is designed for the efficient and safe handling of boats in various marine environments. The hoist, featuring advanced hydraulic systems and precision control technology, underwent a series of rigorous operational tests. These included tests for rotation, traveling, and lifting capabilities, which demonstrated the hoist’s high reliability and exceptional performance.

Following the tests, and in response to customer feedback, we further increased the walking speed of the crane, while ensuring that it remained within the safe operational limits. This enhancement improves the crane’s efficiency and suits the specific operational requirements set by the client.

After the inspection, the crane will be disassembled, repainted, and undergo another round of quality testing before being shipped to Yokohama Port. Upon arrival at the destination port, a detailed installation process will take place, including careful grinding of every component and ensuring the proper alignment and connection of hydraulic pipes. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that the crane operates flawlessly in its final setting.
